Shipping & Delivery

Digitek Nova sells digital software licenses only. No physical shipment is required.
Your product key and download/activation instructions are delivered electronically.

How delivery works

• Instant email delivery – in most cases your license is sent within 1–10 minutes after payment.
• Order verification – if flagged for anti-fraud checks, delivery may take up to 6–12 hours (we’ll notify you by email).
• Where to find your key – sent to your billing email and available anytime in
  My Account → Orders. Check Spam/Promotions if needed.

What you receive

• Your license key (activation code).
• Official download link (when applicable) and simple activation steps.
• VAT/Tax invoice available in your account.

Activation

• Download and install the product (Kaspersky, Bitdefender, Microsoft, VPN, etc.).
• Open the app and sign in or create an account if required by the vendor.
• Enter the activation code from our email to activate your subscription.

Regions & compatibility

• Licenses are valid for the region indicated on the product page.
• Ensure your device/OS meets the vendor’s system requirements.

Resending & support

• Didn’t receive your key within the stated time? We’ll resend it on request.
• If activation fails, we’ll troubleshoot and replace the code if necessary.
